Centre for Public Health in collaboration with National Service Scheme (NSS), Panjab University organized a community outreach program under the mentorship of Chairperson Dr. Manoj Kumar and Dr. Parveen Goyal, Programme Coordinator, NSS at Govt. Model Sr. Secondary School, Sector 23-A, Chandigarh in the presence of faculty member of the department. The principal of the school Mrs. Nina Rastogi along with the school faculty members also graced the event. Dr. Pihu Vashisht, Ms. Shivani and Mr. Sagar, public health students, spearheaded an awareness session titled “BASICS OF FIRST AID”, “MENSTRUAL HYGIENE” and “CLIMATE CHANGE” respectively.
