Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें:

• Eligibility for the essay is restricted to users who have participated in and been selected from the MY Bharat Budget Quest Quiz 2026. / निबंध के लिए पात्रता उन उपयोगकर्ताओं तक सीमित है जिन्होंने MY Bharat Budget Quest क्विज़ 2026 में भाग लिया है और चयनित हुए हैं ।
• One entry per participant. Multiple entries will be disqualified. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा केवल एक प्रविष्टि स्वीकार्य है । एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ अयोग्य घोषित कर दी जाएंगी ।
• Once submitted, the user will not be able to edit and change or resubmit the submitted essay. / एक बार जमा करने के बाद, उपयोगकर्ता जमा किए गए निबंध को संपादित, बदल या पुनः जमा नहीं कर पाएगा ।
• Essay Specifications
  • Length: 500-1000 words / शब्द सीमा: 500 से 1000 शब्द ।
  • Languages: Can be submitted in Hindi or English language.
• Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required. By submitting their details and participating in the essay, participants give consent to MY Bharat to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the MY Bharat Budget Quest competition, which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य जानकारी देनी होगी। अपनी जानकारी सबमिट करके और MY Bharat Budget Quest में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी MY Bharat को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं, ताकि MY Bharat Budget Quest प्रतियोगिता के संचालन में मदद मिल सके, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों की जानकारी की पुष्टि करना शामिल हो सकता है।
• Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. / प्रश्नोत्तरी जमा करने का प्रमाण, प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
• Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
• The MY Bharat will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / MY Bharat उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की गई हैं, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की ज़िम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हो पाईं हैं।
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MY Bharat reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में MY Bharat के पास प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
• The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the essay competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को निबंध प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियम और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
• The decision of the MY Bharat on the Essay shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / निबंध पर MY Bharat का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
• By participating in the Essay, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / निबंध में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
• Organiser's reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Essay and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. / आयोजकों के पास निबंध और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी हिस्से को कैंसिल करने या उसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
