About the Quest

MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 aims to enhance public understanding of the Union Budget 2026 by making budgetary provisions more accessible, relatable, and citizen-centric. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between the Budget and the everyday lives of citizens, with a special focus on youth engagement.

Designed as a multi-stage participatory initiative, MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 begins with a National-level online quiz to assess awareness and understanding of the Union Budget. Top-performing participants will then be shortlisted at the State/UT level for an essay round, where they will present their perspectives on key themes of Union Budget 2026.

In the final stage, State/UT-wise shortlisted youth will be provided an opportunity for Virtual Interaction of State/UT-wise winners with the Hon’ble Prime Minister on Union Budget 2026, fostering meaningful dialogue and deeper policy understanding.

MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 का उद्देश्य Union Budget 2026 को लेकर जन सामान्य की समझ को बढ़ाना है, ताकि बजट से जुड़ी प्रावधानों को अधिक सुलभ, प्रासंगिक और नागरिक-केंद्रित बनाया जा सके। यह पहल विशेष रूप से युवाओं पर केंद्रित है और बजट को आम नागरिकों के दैनिक जीवन से जोड़ने का प्रयास करती है

बहु-चरणीय सहभागितापूर्ण प्रारूप में आयोजित MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 की शुरुआत राष्ट्रीय स्तर की ऑनलाइन क्विज़ से होती है। इसके बाद उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश स्तर पर निबंध चरण के लिए चयनित किया जाएगा, जहाँ वे Union Budget 2026 के प्रमुख विषयों पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत करेंगे

अंतिम चरण में, राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश स्तर पर चयनित युवा प्रतिभागियों को Union Budget 2026 पर Dignitaries/Decision maker के साथ वर्चुअल संवाद का अवसर प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिससे नीति-समझ और सहभागिता को और सुदृढ़ किया जा सके

National Level Quiz

A unified national online quiz based on Union Budget 2026, open to all youth registered on the MY Bharat platform. This stage assesses basic awareness and understanding of key budget provisions.

Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें:

  • The quiz is open to all Indian registered users, but only youth aged 15–29 (as on 1st February, 2026) will be considered for advancing to further stages. / यह प्रश्नोत्तर सभी पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए है, लेकिन केवल 15–29 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग के युवाओं (1 फ़रवरी, 2026 के अनुसार) को ही अगले चरणों में आगे बढ़ने के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा
  • Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘स्टार्ट क्विज़’ पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
  • Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टियों को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता है।
  • Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MY Bharat to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition, which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य जानकारी देनी होगी। अपनी जानकारी सबमिट करके और क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी MY Bharat को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं, ताकि क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के संचालन में मदद मिल सके, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों की जानकारी की पुष्टि करना शामिल हो सकता है।
  • The quiz will last for 15 minutes (900 seconds), during which you need to answer up to 30 questions. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें आपको 30 सवालों के जवाब 15 मिनट (900 सेकंड) में देने होंगे
  • Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. / प्रश्नोत्तरी जमा करने का प्रमाण, प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
  • Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
  • The MY Bharat will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / MY Bharat उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की गई हैं, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की ज़िम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हो पाईं हैं।
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MY Bharat reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में MY Bharat के पास प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
  • The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियम और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
  • The decision of the MY Bharat on the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर MY Bharat का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  • All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
  • By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
  • Organiser's reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. / आयोजकों के पास क्विज़ और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी हिस्से को कैंसिल करने या उसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
