Viksit Bharat Run
Viksit Bharat Run 2025 was a first-of-its-kind synchronized global diaspora initiative conducted across 144 locations in 90+ countries during Seva Pakhwada (17 Sept–2 Oct). The initiative brought together Indian diaspora and local communities through 3–5 km community runs, pledges, and plantation drives under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign. Integrated with the MY Bharat platform, it promoted sustainability, health, and fitness while strengthening global community engagement and amplifying India’s development narrative worldwide.
Viksit Bharat Young Leader's Dialogue
The VBYLD 2026 was held from 9th Jan - 12th Jan 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. It strategically integrated 78 Indian Diaspora youth from the Ministry of External Affairs’ Know India Programme (KIP) into the national youth discourse under ten thematic Challenge Tracks aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. Their active engagement strengthened youth diplomacy and reinforced India’s soft power outreach, while also enabling them to serve as informed ambassadors of India’s development narrative in their countries of residence.
