The Digital Detox Lecture was organized by the Anti-Drug Club of Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, on 24 February 2026 from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. at the KWC Seminar Hall. The session focused on the thought-provoking theme “Digital Detox vs Drug Detox”, addressing two major concerns affecting today’s youth — substance abuse and digital addiction.In today’s fast-paced world, students face increasing exposure to both narcotic substances and excessive digital engagement. Therefore, the Anti-Drug Club initiated this Digital Detox Lecture to create awareness, promote preventive measures, and encourage a balanced lifestyle among students.
