                 We, the team NSS UNIT SNIST, participated in a CPR demonstration conducted at Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad. Nearly 26 volunteers started from our college at 9:00 AM in the college bus to attend the training program. Upon reaching the venue, we were warmly welcomed by the organizers and guided to complete the registration process. The coordinators distributed informative pamphlets containing details about CPR procedures and awareness. These pamphlets explained the importance of CPR and the steps involved in performing it. After reading them, we were directed to the auditorium. In the auditorium, we attended an informative lecture on how to perform CPR during a cardiac arrest emergency. The session lasted for about 20 to 30 minutes and was very clear and engaging. The doctors explained the correct techniques, precautions, and the importance of timely action. It was truly an eye-opening session that helped us understand how CPR can save lives.
