As India prepares to commemorate Republic Day 2026, the Ministry of Defence in partnership with My Bharat proudly invites citizens from across the nation to participate in a vibrant series of national online contests and activities. These initiatives are designed to ignite curiosity, inspire creativity, and deepen our collective appreciation for India’s timeless heritage and remarkable journey.

Republic Day is not merely a national celebration-it is a tribute to the day our Constitution came into force, shaping India into the world’s largest democracy. It is a moment to honour the ideals that define us and celebrate the progress we continue to make together.

Through these engaging competitions, we call upon citizens-especially students, youth, and creative minds-to express their patriotism, showcase their talents, and share their vision for a stronger, united, and progressive India.

Note:

Top 200 participants along with one companion (Spouse/parents/ son/daughter/ relative etc.) would be issued e-invitation by Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence for witnessing the Republic Day Parade to be held on 26th January, 2026 at Kartavya Path, New Delhi.

It may be noted that Ministry of Defence will issue e-invitation only. All the expenses related to travel, lodging, food etc. to visit Delhi for witnessing the Republic Day Parade on 26th January, 2026 at Kartavya Path, New Delhi will be borne by the individuals itself. However, travel by Delhi Metro will be free of charge with e-invitation to reach the venue (Kartavya Path, New Delhi). Further, it may be noted that the children below 05 years will not be allowed to visit the parade.

Participants, selected for issuing e-invitation for Republic Day Parade-2026 at Kartavyapath, New Delhi are requested to provide following mandatory details in respect of self and one companion (Spouse/parents/ son/daughter/ relative etc.)
