Yuva is an open platform for all. Any youth from any part of the country can avail these opportunities with organisations through the Yuva platform. However, we are looking to create youth leaders out of all our Yuva, thus the following criteria are advisable for assigning any responsibility:

• Strong Interest in learning new things
• Openness to accept new working environments
• Organisational skills and written communication skills
• Fairly pleasant conduct
• Must possess relevant skills to be eligible for the activities on the platform
• Openness to adapting to technology means for easy usage of the platform
