KLES Centenary Institute of Nursing Sciences Yallur Road Belagavi has organized “Health Awareness Programme” on the occasion of World Health Day. The students of B.Sc. (N) 2nd year gave education on the theme “Together for health. Stand with science,” on the basis of few elements such as good nutrition, water, sanitary lifestyle, quality housing, environmental conditions, discrimination, health services, decent working condition etc. This Health Awareness Programme was being held in OPD, male and female medicine and surgery wards respectively. Around 45 patients and attenders were benefitted by this program. The students and teaching faculty of the college were present during the session.
