The NSS Units 33 and 83 of the College of Applied Science (IHRD), Chelakkara, organized a Mega Marathon titled “Run Away from Drugs” to create awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promote a drug-free society.
The marathon was flagged off by Excise Officer Shaju from the Pazhayannur Excise Office. The marathon started from the College of Applied Science (IHRD), Chelakkara, and concluded at Pazhayannur Bus Stand.
As part of the programme, participants took the Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to building a drug-free India and spreading awareness about the importance of staying away from drugs.
The event aimed to encourage youth participation in the fight against drug abuse and promote a healthy, safe, and drug-free society.
