On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga 2026, Confluence College of Higher Education, Rajnandgaon, in collaboration with Godh Gram Panchayat Parrikala, MY Bharat Rajnandgaon, and the National Service Scheme (NSS), is organizing a Yoga and Meditation Training Program from 13th June to 21st June 2026.

The program will provide participants with practical training in various yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation practices, relaxation methods, stress management techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits. Experienced yoga instructors and wellness experts will guide participants through daily sessions designed to improve flexibility, concentration, self-discipline, and overall wellness.

This initiative also seeks to inspire young people to embrace the values of self-care, social responsibility, and community engagement. Through the active involvement of NSS volunteers and MY Bharat Rajnandgaon, the program will encourage participants to become ambassadors of health and well-being within their communities.
