On the occasion of the 11th National Ayurveda Day 2026, under the theme “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow,” Maharishi University and Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital are pleased to organise a Health Awareness Program at the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
The programme aims to promote awareness about Ayurveda, preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyle practices, medicinal plants, herbs, nutrition, and holistic wellness. The initiative will encourage participants to understand the importance of Ayurveda in maintaining health, preventing lifestyle-related disorders, and promoting overall well-being.
