A guest lecture on the pressing issue of drug abuse was organized by the Department of NSS in collaboration with the Industry Innovation Council of the college(IIC). The lecture was delivered by renowned motivational speaker, mentor, philosopher, and writer Paramjit Singh Aggarwal. The session was conducted as part of his ongoing social awareness movement, “Punjab Jagao,” which aims to awaken society, especially the youth, against the growing menace of drugs in Punjab.Addressing the students and faculty members, Paramjit Singh Aggarwal emphasized the severe impact of drug addiction on individuals, families, and society. He motivated the youth to stay away from drugs and encouraged them to adopt a disciplined, purposeful, and value-driven life.
