Women Development Cell and NSS of HET’s College of Science (CS and IT) has organized seminar on “Health and Hygiene” to guide students about how to maintained good health as well as to improve quality of life in today’s fast changing world. The seminar is also guided girl students on different topics such as diet, health as well as major issues face by the girls such as PCOD and PCOS. Mrs. Desai Madam started their valuable speech. They share lots of thoughts and examples about how to take care of yourself in menstrual cycle. She told importance of healthy diet, adequate sleep, proper nutrition, Physical and emotional changes across different life stagesetc. They share some home remedies to cure today’s major problem such as PCOD and PCOS.  She also told some sources of protein, carbohydrates and minerals which are cheap in price. She also focused on the points such as issues of personal healthcare, taking care in menstrual period, overcoming the problems etc.
