The NSS Units of Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, organized a National Tuberculosis Elimination Program on February 4, 2025, at Mohkampur Village. The primary objective of this initiative was to raise awareness about tuberculosis (TB), its prevention, early detection, and treatment, while also promoting healthy living practices within the community.The program featured awareness sessions, interactive discussions, and health screenings, conducted in collaboration with healthcare professionals. NSS volunteers actively engaged with villagers, distributing informative pamphlets and explaining the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment. Medical experts addressed myths and misconceptions surrounding TB and emphasized the significance of government-run health programs for free treatment and support.
