The NSS Unit of Seshadripuram First Grade College, Yelahanka, celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2026 with great enthusiasm under the theme "One Earth, One Health – Yoga for Harmony and Well-being."

The programme aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, stress management, and a healthy lifestyle among students and volunteers. NSS volunteers actively participated in various yoga asanas and meditation sessions, emphasizing the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life.
