The NSS unit of IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, celebrated International Yoga Day on 20 June 2026 in the AV Hall. The event featured yoga expert Mrs. Priyanka Atreya, a research scholar in Physical Education and Yogic Sciences and a member of the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH. She guided participants through basic yoga postures beneficial for beginners and working professionals, explaining their health benefits and precautions. A sound healing session by Ms. Tanushree Rathore using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls provided relaxation and rejuvenation. The celebration successfully promoted holistic health, wellness, and the true spirit of Yoga Day.
