As part of Daan Utsav 2025, Mangalayatan University organized a Fitness Yoga and Zumba Workshop on Thursday, which infused enthusiasm, energy, and positivity among students. The program was conducted by NSS Unit VI, and witnessed active participation from volunteers and students.

The session was led by NSS Program Officer Ms. Bhavna Raj, who guided participants through yoga and Zumba activities. She emphasized that yoga is not only a practice for physical strength but also a pathway to enhance mental balance, focus, and inner peace. Highlighting the significance of Zumba, she described it as a unique combination of fitness and fun, where rhythm-based dance movements help relieve stress and rejuvenate the body.

Addressing the gathering, NSS Coordinator Dr. Poonam Rani explained the essence of Daan Utsav. She shared that donations are not confined to food, clothes, or money; rather, sharing time, knowledge, and service are equally meaningful contributions to society.
