The NSS and the Department of Home Science,St. Mary’s College,Shillong organized an Expert Talk on “Digital Practice in Dietetics Practice” on the 28th of October 2025.The session aimed to provide insight into how digital technology is revolutionizing the field of dietetics, improving patient care, and expanding professional opportunities for dietitians. Around 150 students participated in the programme.The resource person for the session was a renowned Registered Dietician Ms. Gurdeep Kaur Shetty,AIIMS,New Delhi.The talk was highly informative and provided valuable knowledge on how digital tools can enhance the effectiveness and reach of dietetic practice. The session motivated participants to adopt technology in their future professional roles while maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice.
